HEADTEACHER / ACTING HEADTEACHER

The Governing Body of this very successful Nursery School wish to appoint a
Headteacher or Acting Headteacher with experience, leadership and a vision
to lead the school on its learning journey.
Any person applying for this post must either hold NPQH or NPQICL to be
considered as Headteacher, or successfully complete NPQH or NPQICL within 18
months of appointment (as Acting Head)
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who is:
• A proven leader with management skills
• An early years educational professional who can demonstrate outstanding
practice in leading a high quality curriculum for 0-5 year olds
• An innovative leader committed to working in a multi disciplinary team
• A positive communicator who can engage effectively with families and the
local community.

Alternating Shifts: 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. one week

Scale 5: salary range: £21,375 - £23.277
