School Business Manager (Permanent Contract)
Salary: Grade 9/10 (£27,668 to £30,153 pro-rata per annum) depending upon experience.
37 hours per week, 50.3 weeks per year
This post offers an exciting opportunity to join our dedicated, forward looking Nursery School which is committed wholly to offering high quality services for young children and their families.
The candidate must have a creative, flexible approach to problem solving and challenges and be highly organised with strong time management skills.

We're seeking an experienced administrator to join our charity which acts as a membership association for early years professionals. As part of a very small, friendly team in our office in Watford you'll be providing an efficient and professional service to administer and grow our membership, manage event bookings and publications orders, and support our volunteer-run branches across the UK.
This is a key post within our small, friendly team. The role is interesting and varied. You will be a highly organised, methodical and professional person able to perform all the admin tasks that underpin our day-to-day work. Your excellent skills will ensure that our membership and other services run smoothly and effectively. As you will play a key role as the first point of contact for telephone and personal callers, your communication skills will be first class. You will be highly skilled and confident in all aspects of IT.
You will be an excellent communicator, able to manage a busy workload through your strong IT skills and time management.

Early Education has a wide range of volunteering roles. Our trustees and branch committee members are all volunteers. We also value volunteers to come and help from time to time in our office. If you can spare time on either a regular or ad hoc basis to come and help us achieve our aims, we'd love to hear from you.
We are particularly keen to hear from you if you can offer expertise in any of the following areas:
- Assisting in the office - join our small friendly office team and help us with publications dispatch, membership liaison and events management. As a benefit, you may get opportunities to sit in on our training and events.
- Helping us develop our online resources - you could collate useful links and resources for practitioners and parents, act as an editor for blogs or book reviews
- Join a current branch committee, or start a new branch
