Midlands branch event - Using Video Enhanced Reflective Practice (VERP) in early years.

VERP is based on Video Interaction Guidance (VIG) and is a strength-based method of professional development that examines attuned interactions between people through video reflection. VERP involves professionals videoing their practice, and then selecting short clips or stills to share in a review session either individually or with a group, exemplifying better than usual practice.
