Who are our Associates?
Our Associates are all established leading early childhood education specialists, with experience as practitioners and teachers, headteachers, academics and researchers, local authority early years advisers and former members of the National Strategies team. Many are well-known names as trainers, consultants and authors of core texts on working in early childhood education.
All have been carefully selected to work with us on the basis of their expertise and because they share our core approach of values-based pedagogy, with the child at the centre, and will provide support and challenge to enable you to improve your provision and practice.
What can they offer?
We can provide long- or short-term consultancy, coaching and mentoring arrangements, training and development, to support leaders and practitioners in settings to improve their practice.
We can support you in areas such as:
- Quality improvement
- Developing high quality provision for 2-year-olds
- Supporting best use of Early Years Pupil Premium and Early Years Pupil Deprivation Grant funding
- Effective use of assessment, monitoring and tracking data
- Preparing for an inspection from Ofsted or seeking to improve your inspection rating
- Planning how to use the Early Years Pupil Premium effectively and to demonstrate impact
