Speaker Bios: 

Janine has worked in the early years sector for 20 years. Her role as an academic is diverse and includes external examining and reviewing as well as designing academic programmes, mentoring and teaching. As Head of the Department, she has been in instrumental in developing a community of practice. As a qualified therapeutic practitioner and Forest School leader she has developed a vision based on theoretical perspectives of how children's health and well-being can be best supported.
