Di has worked in the early years sector for nearly 40 years, she is an independent advisory consultant, trainer, researcher and writer. She works in partnership with settings, schools and LA’s across the countryto support the development of exemplary early years pedagogy and practice. Her collaborative approach is firmly rooted in principles of best practice with a strong connection to the philosophy and theory of youngchildren’s development, thinking and learning, best summed up by the pioneering early yearseducationalist Loris Malaguzzi as:
