Areas of expertise

Nathan has worked in early childhood education for twenty years. A trained early childhood and Primary Montessori teacher, he has worked across the public, private and voluntary sectors both in and with schools and settings, for a local authority, and with two national early years organisations.

In addition to practice as a Montessori teacher he has worked on programme management, funding, policy development, communications and grant capture. Nathan is also an associate tutor and lecturer in Higher Education.

He completed the MA in Early Childhood Education at the University of Sheffield and is currently studying for a doctorate.

Nathan works nationally offering workshops and consultancy support to schools and settings including bespoke packages of advice and guidance.
