Speaker Bios: 

Nicola Jones is an independent early years consultant and trainer. She has worked in the field of early years since 1994 when she first qualified as a primary school teacher, focused mainly upon nursery and Reception aged children. Since then, Nicola has developed an expertise in many areas of early years, particularly in boys development and their achievements. Over time she has developed and delivered training to early years practitioners nationwide and has supported a vast number of families across the North East region to help support their boys at home.
